QA/QI/Person Rights Committee
It is the policy of Families First to have a strong leadership team and personnel that demonstrates our person-centered philosophy with persons served and stakeholders. We believe that a team of people working together to help individuals reach their goals is best practice. We fulfill this through our Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement, and Person Rights Committee. Meetings are held quarterly. Annually the QA/QI committee participates in the strategic planning process for the upcoming year. For more information, please contact Susan Snead.
